Aerodyn Delivers Spin Rig to Aerospace Customer in Russia

Aerodyn Ltd recently completed the Design, Manufacture, Installation and Commissioning of a new Spin Rig for an Aerospace customer in Russia. The spin ring is a purpose built system used in the testing and repair and overhaul of Aerodyn slip rings.

The installation of the spin rig at the customer test facility just outside of Moscow will enable Aerodyn to service its Russian customers’ needs more efficiently.  Aerodyn designed every aspect of the system including the turbine, turbine and slip ring supporting structures, air system, as well as the software used to control the speed of the turbine and monitor the performance of the slip rings and health and safety parameters.
